Therapy is related with the process of healing. Healing of the spirit, healing of the soul and healing of the body. Sometimes, to heal we need to change certain patterns, certain behaviors and sometimes certain beliefs. I believe in the process of change, but I do not believe I have the power to change anyone. Change is a shared process in which I as the therapist provide the guidance and you as the client make the decisions regarding the changes necessary for your own healing. As the client, you have the right to be listened to and to express your feelings. As the therapist I attempt to understand the issues that bring you to therapy and guide you about your concerns. To do so, I ask open-ended, non-judgmental questions, to help you discover your own path.
