We all desire to be understood and accepted for who we are. Often during our lives we experience periods of disconnection, isolation and loneliness and a need to find meaning. It is my goal as a therapist to help my clients better understand their experiences, and help them make the changes necessary to lead the lives they were meant for and have the relationship satisfaction they need.

I specialize with individuals and couples. Using psychotherapy, with a focus on attachment needs I help my clients accomplish these goals. Concentrating on the importance of healthy and fulfilling relationships my clients are able to gain the interpersonal and marital relationships they have always intended to have but have struggled to find. Using empathy, patience and a non-judgmental stance I collaborate with my clients to reach their goals. My therapy technique is to help the entire person, which includes treating their mental, physical and spiritual self.

“I have learned now that while those who speak about one's miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.”
— C.S. Lewis

“The great thing to remember is that though our feelings come and go God s love for us does not.”
— C.S. Lewis
