“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” — David Richo
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to gain freedom from the tyranny of guilt and shame that block growth and healing.
I work in a collaborative way with clients, helping them to learn to manage their emotions and develop strategies to lead more satisfying lives and experience loving relationships. By providing support and practical feedback I help my clients resolve current problems as well as long-standing patterns. Together we find solutions to a wide range of life's challenges. I work very hard to create a safe space for my clients, regardless of where you are in your faith journey or belief system. I will often draw upon my own experience to sensitively address your unique emotional, mental, spiritual and relational needs.
I consider it a privilege to come alongside you as you courageously journey towards a deeper, healthier understanding of yourself and your relationships.
