I provide a supportive environment that fosters self-reflection, healing, and meaningful change.

I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents, tailoring treatment through the integration of several clinical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

I support clients in developing practical tools to navigate challenges with confidence.

Faith integration is available for clients who choose to incorporate it into therapy and is thoughtfully integrated into evidence-based clinical interventions.

  • Bachelor of Science in PsychoBiology - UCLA
