My goal as a therapist is to hold a safe space for my clients that can support their personal growth and nourish their faith. I believe that the therapeutic process is carried by a compassionate and non-judgmental relationship between the client and therapist. I believe that clients have incredible insight into their own lives which is why my therapy is collaborative and client-centered. If a client desires to, the therapy sessions may include integration of the client’s Christian values and mental health tools. My current areas of interest are Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, The Gottman Method, Bowenian Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Collaborative Language Therapy. I also have an understanding of Middle Eastern culture and some comprehension of the Arabic language. I hope to gain additional tools that will equip me to support the clients I have the blessing of working with.
