At CER, we are committed to transparency and helping you understand your financial responsibilities related to your care. Please carefully read the following information regarding our insurance and billing policies.

In-Network Insurance 

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Medicare, with Medi-Cal, some Medicare Advantage plans, or Medicare Supplemental Plan

• Tricare

• TriWest VA

If you are covered by one of these plans, we can bill your insurance directly for services.

If you would like us to verify your eligibility and benefits, please contact our front office team before your first appointment. You will be responsible to pay out of pocket if your insurance does not cover our services.

Out-of-Network Insurance 

If your insurance is not listed above, we are considered out-of-network for your plan. This means:

• You are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service.

• Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company.

• Reimbursement is not guaranteed and will depend on your specific out-of-network benefits and whether you have met your deductible.

• We do not bill out-of-network insurance companies on your behalf.

We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network mental health coverage before beginning services.

It is our mission to make affordable, compassionate and empowering healing accessible to everyone we can. While most of our therapists have standard fees between $210–$240 per session, we do have select therapists available at a reduced rate starting as low as $10. Please reach out to our helpful administrative team at 619-858-3105 to see if you qualify for a reduced rate and they will work to match you with a therapist who best suits your needs and budget.
