Born, raised, and educated in Pennsylvania, Bill and his wife, Mary Beth, after a few years in Baltimore, MD, ventured west for an employment opportunity at Rohr, Inc. After 32 years--entirely in the Aerospace industry as a long-time operations executive and corporate officer over Human Resources--he retired in 1998.
Since then his focus has been on the local church (Skyline in La Mesa) where he serves as Vice-chairman of the Board and co-founded (with wife, Mary Beth) and co-directed for 15 years Skyline’s Marriage Savers Ministry. He and Mary Beth are looking forward to their 55th wedding anniversary in 2019 and enjoy life with their three adult children and six grandchildren.
CER’s mission fits perfectly with the Difley’s passion for healthy marriages and relationships.
