Reaching out for help isn't easy, so getting this far is already something to be proud of. I'm glad you're here, and I'd be honored to walk through this process with you.
I firmly believe our work together must be built on trust and authenticity. I want to create a space that feels safe, warm, and supportive, where you can show up as you actually are. Honest conversations are where the real work happens.
My Approach
If you're feeling stuck, carrying trauma, running into emotional barriers, or simply wanting to grow, my goal isn't to hand you a plan or a quick fix. It's to partner with you in getting to the root of things and building change that lasts.
Much of that work comes back to identity and purpose. When people get clearer on who they are and what they're living for, freedom and healing tend to follow. Wherever you're starting from, I will bring empathy and grace as we figure out what that looks like for you.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families.

Education and Training
I'm currently finishing my master's in clinical counseling at Point Loma Nazarene University. Before that, I built a career in business management, and also served many years as a ministry leader and mentor, walking alongside people through real challenges and transitions. That experience still shapes how I approach this work.
A Little About Me
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, playing with my dog, and watching sports, especially baseball. I’m also actively involved in my church and community.
