I am so glad you found your way here! I believe the most important part of therapy is building a foundation of trust and authenticity. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are, because honest conversations are where true healing begins. There is nothing I love more than seeing hopelessness turn into hope, and I would love to help you explore deeper personal and spiritual growth. Whatever your story may be, there is hope for a better life! I would be honored to walk beside you while you discover peace with God, yourself, and others.

My Approach

Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, experiencing relational conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, my goal isn't to hand you a quick fix. Instead, I want to partner with you to get to the root of the issue and build change that lasts.

We are deeply shaped by our relationships and our environments. Using tools from Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will work together to understand the patterns shaping your life, reframe negative thoughts, and cultivate healthier connections. Wherever you are starting from, I will bring empathy, grace, and a collaborative spirit as we figure out what growth and freedom look like for you.

I work with individuals, couples, and families.

Education and Training

I am currently completing my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at California Baptist University. Before transitioning into clinical counseling, I built a successful career in corporate leadership, managing teams and guiding clients through complex, high-stress transitions. Alongside my professional career, I have spent years leading discipleship and small group ministries at my church. Walking alongside people through real-world challenges, de-escalating tension, and mentoring others deeply shapes the practical and compassionate way I approach therapy today.

A Little About Me

Outside of counseling, my world revolves around my family. I love spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our two dogs. I also enjoy heading to the beach, watching classic 90s comedies, and cooking my family's favorite meals. I am also actively involved in my church and local community.
