A former middle school teacher, MidAmerica Nazarene University Assistant Professor, and Family Counseling Services CFO, Robin currently serves as the Center for Enriching Relationships COO.

She has an earned Bachelor of Science in Education from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master in Science degree in Library Sciences and Information Systems Technology from Emporia State University in Kansas. She and her husband, Dr. Welch, founded Enriching Relationships in 2002 in Kansas where they were professors at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Robin previously co-taught a popular Skyline Church couples class with her husband which averages 130 people per week. Prior to the past twenty two years, Robin traveled for ten years with her husband where they presented a couples seminar in 12 different states.
