There is no need to suffer alone. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, to figure out how we got off course and how to get back on track.
I offer telehealth therapy in a safe, confidential, and private setting. I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist in California since 2011. I take a client-centered approach and I focus on internal family systems.
I am happily married to my husband Will, and we have three beautiful children. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in urban ministry in downtown Los Angeles.
