Walk and Talk Sessions in Coronado & Telehealth
You may find yourself feeling stuck in painful relational patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you are navigating life transitions, tension in your marriage, or patterns you want to understand more clearly. More than coping, you want growth, healthier relationships, steadiness, and a stronger sense of self.
I provide relational, systems-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My clinical work is rooted in attachment-based and trauma-informed frameworks, with particular interest in relational rupture, trust repair, emotional regulation, and life transitions that impact your sense of self. I regularly support couples navigating communication breakdown and rebuilding connection.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are emotionally and integrate modalities such as The Gottman Method, attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and mindfulness-based interventions based on each person’s unique needs. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, build awareness, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Reaching out takes courage. If something in you is ready for clarity and connection, I would be honored to support you.
Services Offered
Individual Therapy
A collaborative space to explore emotional patterns, life transitions, self-concept shifts, ADHD-related emotional regulation challenges, grief, and anxiety. Together, we increase awareness and build tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
Couples Therapy
Support for couples navigating communication breakdown, relational rupture, trust repair, and rebuilding connection. Sessions focus on strengthening emotional safety, deepening understanding, and developing healthier relational patterns.
Family Work
Guidance for families seeking greater clarity and connection within sibling relationships and parent-child dynamics. I bring a systems-informed lens to help families understand the patterns influencing their interactions.
