“Once you choose hope, anything’s possible.”
– Christopher Reeve
Reaching out and seeking help is not easy to do. Yet, it can be one of the most admirable acts we can undertake. It demonstrates great inner strength and resilience. Simply having the courage to seek help is a tremendous step towards wholeness and healing. I believe it is a privilege and an honor to be able to partner with you and be a part of your healing journey. I am passionate about holding a welcoming, safe, non-judgmental space which fosters vulnerability, openness, and hope. Hope can be one of the most powerful tools we can utilize.
As a bilingual (English & Spanish speaking) therapist, I hope to invite and incorporate cultural customs, traditions, principles, and beliefs in therapy. I also value spiritual integration and utilize faith based approaches, if/when desired, as it can further strengthen and enrich your healing process. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, teenagers, families, and individuals. In my work with children, adolescents, teenagers, and families, I integrate art and play directives.
