Empowering you to understand the "why" behind your struggles and create the "how" of moving forward is my goal. In our work together, treatment includes building self-compassion and connecting with the body to feel grounded and at peace. The experience of being seen and understood creates a space to release shame, trauma, and stress. You'll have a comforting space to process past experiences, build skills to thrive in the present, and create a vision for a meaningful future. I work with people ready to overcome anxiety, people-pleasing, and relationship issues.
I offer "walk and talk" outdoor sessions to help you get unstuck. Talk therapy, nature, and gentle movement work synergistically promote insight, relaxation, and creative problem solving. I also see clients in a traditional therapy office and via telehealth. Therapeutic goals often include healthy boundary setting, shifting self-sabotaging behaviors, and building confidence. Through genuine care and compassion, I provide nonjudgmental support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to helping you become your most authentic self.
