As a therapist, my goal is to help couples and individuals improve the quality of their relationships, strengthen attachment and help them reach their full potential. I truly believe that clients can reach their full potential by healing from past trauma.
As your therapist, I will assist you on your healing journey serving as a guide, provide a safe space and help you rediscover your authentic self. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations, however my passion is working with couples and individuals.
My clients are interested in getting to the core of their problems, demonstrate motivation for change, desire to increase self-awareness and want to heal from the past. I primarily practice from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) framework, which have been demonstrated to be effective treatment modalities.
Many couples who participate in EFT report experiencing change in their relationships. Clients who participate in EMDR are able to reprocess trauma in a gentle manner. Your healing journey is an investment and an act of courage. I would be honored to walk beside you on your healing journey.
