Looking for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to start. My goal is to offer a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself and don’t need the 'right words' to begin.

I work with teens, families, and individuals who are dealing with big emotions, relationship stress, or the effects of difficult past experiences. I enjoy helping teens and families feel more connected, communicate more clearly, and better understand one another. I am trained in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and focus on helping families and individuals recognize, strengthen, and build on their existing strengths.

I believe healing happens through feeling understood, supported, and accepted. I respect each person’s background, culture, and life experiences, and I work at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, one where we make space for what’s hard while also building on your strengths and finding practical ways to move forward.
