As a dedicated and compassionate trauma therapist, my professional journey has been fueled by an unwavering commitment to healing and empowering individuals from early childhood adversity. My passion stems from understanding of how trauma, early childhood adversity, losses, and life transitions can have enduring impact on one’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In my career life, I strive to create a safe space to extend empathy and unconditional regards to individuals and collaborate with parents to prevent generational trauma. I always honed my skills in trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Polyvagal theory to help individuals improve moods, recreate safety, restore self-esteem, and increase resilience.
I am a trained EMDR therapist. EMDR has been endorsed by Veteran’s Affair as one of the effective treatments for trauma and PTSD. EMDR brings a client-center approach with a consistent protocol to help individuals move beyond the shadows of the past, reduce emotional charge, and regain control of their lives. EMDR is also proved to be an effective therapy for anxiety and depression as well.
I know seeking help can feel vulnerable, yet very rewarding and courageous. I hope in my role, I can humbly walk with you to provide the source of knowledge, become a beacon of hope, and a catalyst for the change.
