Not Accepting Clients At This Time
Hi, I’m Alisa. I’m so glad you’re here.
I know firsthand how painful and overwhelming life can feel at times. Whether you’re facing challenges in your marriage, conflict within your family, or navigating emotional wounds from the past, I want you to know you are not alone. I’ve walked through my own share of heartache, and I understand the courage it takes to ask for help.
My hope is to offer a safe and welcoming space where you can show up fully as you are, free from judgement and surrounded by compassion, support, and a genuine desire to walk with you on your healing journey.
My Approach
In our work together, I aim to help you experience emotional freedom, build healthy connections, and move toward the life you were meant to live. Whether you’re looking to strengthen relationships, process pain, or explore personal growth, I’m here to listen with empathy and walk alongside you.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported every step of the way.
Education and Training
I am currently earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University, where I am pursuing a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC).
I spent over 12 years serving in leadership and support roles in my community, with a strong focus on mentoring couples, teens, young adults, and families through life’s many transitions.
Areas of Focus and Strength
Relational conflict
Emotional wounds and life transitions
Processing church-related or spiritual trauma
Family systems and communication
Creating emotional safety and deep connection
Support for children, teens, couples, and families
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and respect. I especially value helping clients work through relational pain and grow in self-awareness, emotional freedom, and confidence.
A Little About Me
Outside of counseling, I’m a proud mom of three teenagers. I love meaningful conversations, quiet moments with coffee, and walking by the ocean. You’ll often find me listening to music, studying hard for school, or laughing.
A Welcoming Space for All
While my Christian faith shapes my values of grace, compassion, and restoration; I welcome clients from all background and beliefs with openness, curiosity, and care.
