I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals, children, teens, and couples can feel safe exploring life’s challenges, building insight, and creating meaningful change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients feel understood while developing practical tools for healing and growth. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being fully themselves. I believe therapy should feel approachable and accessible, and I strive to provide a genuine, compassionate environment where clients can feel supported, challenged, and empowered throughout the healing process. I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, emotional disconnection, and life transitions.

I am currently being trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy used to help process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and support long-term healing. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and emotionally overwhelming experiences. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we may work on understanding patterns, exploring different parts of yourself with compassion, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, increasing self-awareness, and building healthier coping strategies.
